Read the structure
真有你的 and its third-person variants evaluate someone as impressively capable, resourceful, or unexpectedly effective. It is a fixed spoken expression that can stand alone or be followed by the achievement that prompted the reaction. The default reading is approving, although a strongly ironic context can reverse the apparent praise. Keep the model 真有 + Person + 的! visible while you compare each sentence.
真有你的!电脑你也会修?
You are really something; you can even repair computers?
Choose the right context
Praise someone for solving a difficult problem or showing unexpected skill. React to an achievement with conversational admiration. Choose 你, 他, or 她 according to the person being evaluated.
这么难的事情他都有办法,真有他的!
He has a solution even for something this difficult; he is impressive.
Respect the boundary
Do not interpret 有 as ordinary possession in this fixed expression. Do not move 的 before the person pronoun. Do not assume an ironic reading without contextual evidence.
真你的有!
(Really your have!)
Repair the pattern
有 and the pronoun are reversed: The fixed order is 真有 followed by the evaluated pronoun and final 的. 的 precedes the evaluated pronoun: 的 closes the expression after 他 and cannot precede the evaluated person.
真有你的!
Use the repaired structure without changing the intended meaning.
