Choose the right context
Emphasize determination despite losing rest, food, or sleep. Present a sacrificed action before the insisted result. Use 也 before 要 and the action that remains unchanged.

Do not place 也 after 要 in this frame. Do not leave the result action unexpressed. Do not treat ordinary additive 也 as the same concessive pattern.
