Choose the right context
Encourage taking advantage of something free or readily available. Present not doing the action as wasting an opportunity. Repeat the same verb on both sides of 白.

Do not reverse 白 and the repeated negative phrase. Do not substitute two unrelated verbs for X. Do not use the frame when the action carries an acknowledged serious cost.
