MODEL
有 + A + 有 + B
Read the structure
有A有B forms balanced four-character expressions such as 有说有笑, 有山有水, and 有始有终. The two slots usually contain related nouns, verbs, adjectives, or morphemes from the same semantic domain. Many combinations are conventional and may express more than the literal sum of having A and B. Keep the model 有 + A + 有 + B visible while you compare each sentence.
下课了,同学们有说有笑地走出了教室。
After class, the students walked out talking and laughing.
Choose the right context
Use an established balanced expression with two related slots. Present two available qualities, actions, or things together. Create a rhythmic evaluation with an attested combination.
我的家乡有山有水,很美丽。
My hometown has mountains and water and is beautiful.
Respect the boundary
Do not place the second 有 after its B slot. Do not break the four-part order. Do not assume any unrelated pair automatically forms a conventional expression.
同学们有说笑有地走出了教室。
(The students have talk laugh have out of the classroom.)
Repair the pattern
The second marker follows its slot: The fixed frame requires 有 directly before both A and B. Both lexical slots are placed before the second marker: The balanced order must remain 有 + A + 有 + B.
同学们有说有笑地走出了教室。
Use the repaired structure without changing the intended meaning.
