MODEL

Subject + 是 + Evaluative Predicate + 的

Read the structure

This 是…的 sentence presents the speaker's judgment or attitude toward a current proposition, often with an adjective or modal expression between 是 and 的. Unlike the event-focus construction, it need not identify when, where, or how a completed event occurred. The whole frame reinforces the evaluation as the speaker's settled view. Keep the model Subject + 是 + Evaluative Predicate + 的 visible while you compare each sentence.
