MODEL
任 + Person / Question expression + Predicate,也 + Unchanged result
Read the structure
任…也… grants unrestricted choice or variation in the first clause while asserting an unchanged result in the second. 任 introduces the person, circumstance, or question expression allowed to vary; 也 precedes the invariant result. The markers cannot be stacked, reversed, or left without complete variable and result predicates. Keep the model 任 + Person / Question expression + Predicate,也 + Unchanged result visible while you compare each sentence.
任他们怎么解释,我也不接受。
No matter how they explain, I will not accept it.
Choose the right context
Allow any person or circumstance without changing the outcome. Use 任 + question expression for unrestricted variation. Emphasize that attempts cannot alter the result.
任谁来劝,他也不改变决定。
No matter who advises him, he will not change his decision.
Respect the boundary
Do not put 也 beside 任 in the first clause. Do not omit the invariant result. Do not use it for one specific known condition.
任也他们怎么解释,我不接受。
(No matter also how they explain, I do not accept.)
Repair the pattern
也 is stacked in the variable clause: 任 introduces the varying condition; 也 belongs before the invariant result. The result after 也 is missing: 也 must introduce a complete result that remains unchanged.
任他们怎么解释,我也不接受。
Use the repaired structure without changing the intended meaning.
