Read the structure
将 can replace 把 as a disposal marker in formal written instructions, notices, and reports. It moves a known object before a predicate that states a clear result, destination, or other effect on that object. This use is not the future adverb 将, and it is uncommon in relaxed everyday conversation. Keep the model Subject + 将 + Definite Object + Disposal Predicate visible while you compare each sentence.
父母将他送到中国留学。
His parents sent him to China to study.
Choose the right context
Write formal instructions: 请将表格交到办公室。 State a prohibition in a notice: 禁止将书带出阅览室。 Describe formal disposal with a result: 父母将他送到中国留学。
禁止将书带出阅览室。
Taking books out of the reading room is prohibited.
Respect the boundary
Do not use an indefinite or newly introduced object after disposal 将. Do not leave the following verb without a meaningful effect or destination. Do not confuse disposal 将 before an object with future 将 directly before a predicate.
请将交到办公室填写好的表格。
(Please JIANG submit to the office the completed form.)
Repair the pattern
The disposal object is placed after the predicate: Disposal 将 must directly introduce the affected object, followed by the predicate stating its destination. 将会 is incorrectly given a disposal object: 将会 is a future modal sequence and directly precedes the predicate; it cannot introduce a disposal object.
请将填写好的表格交到办公室。
Use the repaired structure without changing the intended meaning.
